Department of Food Service Industry

Social changes such as seeking convenience, leisure, globalization, and trip abroad lead to increase Food Service Industry. Our Department of Food Service need to be dealt from both perspective of consumer and manager. The major aim of this course is to train professionals so that they are capable of consulting skills and entrepreneurship through theoretical and practical courses. The curriculum of Food Service Industry is designated to provide core courses such as nutrition, food processing, restaurant business and financial management programs.
